Ferrari has a new British engineer this season, Jock Clear. Clear worked with Michael Schumacher in the past and remembers well when Schumacher boasted about how good Sebastian Vettel was.

His contribution is invaluable, and the nature of his work is precisely the difference betweena four-time world champion and other drivers in the pit lane,”
Look at the words I’ve highlighted. Vettel appears to have an obsession with making sure all the details are covered. He appears to understand that attitudes are contagious, and his, appeared to drive teams forward. This is the mark of this champion.
The Beauty of our sport is that none of these champion models are secret. Everything is out in the open.
Young drivers today should always ask themselves; Do I cover all the details to set myself up for success? If attitudes are contagious; is yours worth catching?
