My first race weekend in a proper “slicks and wings” race car was definitely an experience this past weekend at Road Atlanta. As announced very shortly before the weekend, I’ve joined Primus Racing for the 2018 Formula Race Promotions F2000 Championship.
Steve Jenks scored his first career F2000 Championship Series victory on Sunday morning at Road Atlanta. Jenks, starting from the outside of the front role in the No.68, took the lead at the drop of the green and fended off a race-long challenge from 2017 Champion Brandon Dixon, who finished second.
