Will Owen heads to the famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium this weekend for the penultimate round of the European Le Mans Series with United Autosports in their new No. 32 ORECA 07 LMP2.
Owen will be joined by season-long teammates Alex Brundle and Ryan Cullen. United Autosports will begin becoming familiar with their ORECA chassis tomorrow during the 90-minute session of Free Practice 1 at 11:30 a.m. local time. Free Practice 2 will run on Saturday at 9:05 a.m. with Qualifying running for 13-minutes at 1:02 p.m. later that afternoon.
The fight for the podium around the exciting and challenging 7-kilometer circuit will begin on Sunday afternoon. Four Hours of Spa will go green at 12:30 p.m. and can be seen free and uninterrupted on the official website at http://www.europeanlemansseries.com.

“We are on a new chassis this weekend with the ORECA 07. We are excited about this change. This is a strong car, and we know there’s a lot of potential going into the weekend. It’s proven to be good everywhere around the track and w are very happy with that. Huge thanks to the United Autosports crew for all the hard work they have put in this week to get the car ready. It’s never easy to build a new car and to do it in such a short time frame is a tough job. We need to keep working on the driver side to complete the set-up. We will certainly be doing our best this weekend, so we can see what potential actually lies in the car.”
