The duo of FFF Racing by ACM formed by Jack Bartholomew and James Pull has given an encore in Dubai. After winning Race 1, the two drivers also scored a victory in Race 2, during the second round of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Middle East held on February 16-17. The Lamborghini Young Driver Axcil Jefferies, instead, scored a well-deserved  second place overall and thanks to his amazing recovery, his co-driver Carrie Schreiner and team Konrad Motorsport are now occupying the first position in the Pro-Am category. The young American driver, Taylor Proto, took the third place overall and the first in the AM category with the Huracán Super Trofeo of FFF Racing Team by ACM.

Race 2 of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Middle East in Dubai ended with a result that is not entirely obvious. The Race 1 leaders, Bartholomew and Pull, started from the second position on the grid with James Pull at the wheel, but in the early laps the Englishman struggled a little and had to give way to his opponents. Ahead of everyone was Giacomo Altoé, author of the pole position with the Huracán Super Trofeo #78 of Antonelli Motorsport (he also set the best lap time during the race with 1’37”752), who together with Taylor Proto (#55 FFF Racing Team by ACM) and Christopher Zoechling (#77 GDL racing) occupied the first three positions during the first part of the race and maintained a very fast pace. On the ninth lap, however, Taylor Proto lost some time due to a spin and re-entered the track in fifth place, thus mixing up things up before the driver change at mid-race.

When the pit window closed, the Huracán #78 of Antonelli Motorsport continued to hold the lead of the race with Glauco Solieri at the wheel, although the driver gradually had to give up positions to faster drivers, who in the meantime were climbing the standings; such as Jack Bartholomew (#5 FFF Racing Team by ACM), who took about ten laps to pass from the third to the first position and then maintained it until the checkered flag, thus scoring his second consecutive win. Instead, once Axcil Jefferies took over the wheel from Carrie Schreiner on the Huracán Super Trofeo #11 of Konrad Motorsport, he did an extraordinary comeback catching Taylor Proto in third position. During the last laps, the two young drivers had a great challenge and Axcil Jefferies prevailed over the American on the last lap, thus taking the second place overall and the first in the Pro-Am category. The podium of the Pro-Am category was completed with the duo Altoé-Solieri in second place and Lefterov-Jasper on the third step of the podium.

Taylor Proto, besides being third overall, is again first in the AM category, ahead of Andrzej Lewandowski of GT3 Poland. In the Lamborghini Cup, instead, Mark Proto took his second success in a row.

The third and last round of the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Middle East will take place on March 1-3 at the Dubai Autodrome, with a different track layout.
