Madison Snow, Bryan Sellers, and the entire Paul Miller Racing team head down to Long Beach this weekend for a 100-minute race on the city streets.

The final race of the two-event ‘California swing,’ the Long Beach Grand Prix returns to the schedule for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship GTD class for the first time since 2017.

The No. 1 Total lubricants-backed team is hot off their fifth podium finish of the year in the previous race at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, where they finished second. Sellers and Snow currently sit fourth in the points standings as they try to replicate their championship victory from 2018.

“Long Beach is always such a great event, and I’m so pleased that GTD gets to race there again this year,” Paul Miller Racing team owner, Paul Miller, said.

“These short races are always action-packed, and hopefully, we can make the most out of it and come out with a good result in front of what is always a great crowd.”

Madison Snow

“Long Beach is one of those tracks that every driver wants to say they have won at. I’ve raced there once before and didn’t get the finish I wanted. Since it’s a street course and only a few classes race there, getting the opportunity again is really special. I’m glad IMSA has chosen to go back this year. It also has some of the best weather out of any track on our schedule, which makes the weekend really enjoyable.”

Bryan Sellers

“Long Beach is one of the great American events. It has so much history and allure. It’s been a long time since GTD has been there, so it will probably take some time to get track knowledge back. It’s a unique race because of its short distance. It places a huge emphasis on the team and strategy, and luckily for us, I think it’s one of our strengths.”
