Entering its sophomore season in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, Heinricher Racing with Meyer Shank Racing (MSR) is looking to start strong with the Rolex 24 Hours At Daytona. The only female team principal in the IMSA paddock, Jackie Heinricher is aiming to lead her team to the Rolex podium on Sunday (Jan. 25, 1:30pm).
The No. 57 Acura NSX GT3 has a strong driver lineup in 2020 that features some familiar faces. Misha Goikhberg and Alvaro Parente will team up for full-season duties with Heinricher Racing. Joining the pair for the four IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup events is 2019 IMSA GTD champion Trent Hindman. Back for his 14th Rolex 24 At Daytona, AJ Allmendinger will complete the opening-race lineup.
After making strong on-track progress at the Roar Before the 24 earlier this month, the Heinricher Racing with MSR No. 57 Acura NSX GT3 will rely on performance and experience to take on one of the toughest races in motorsports. Parente, Hindman and Allmendinger have a podium-winning history together at the Rolex 24, scoring a second-place finish in 2018 with MSR. With the addition of Goikhberg, the team is aiming to go one step higher this time around.
In front of an international audience, this year’s championship field of racers will take to the 3.56-mile Daytona International Speedway and compete for the chance to win the coveted Rolex Daytona watch. The Rolex 24 At Daytona is set to go green at 1:35pm ET on Saturday, January 25th.
