Team Cetilar Racing is set for its first appearance at the Twelve Hours of Sebring as the 3.74-mile track in Florida hosts this coming weekend (18/19 March) the second out of four IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup rounds.

Roberto Lacorte, Giorgio Sernagiotto and Antonio Fuoco will be aboard of the #47 Ferrari 488 GT3 Evo 2020 run by AF Corse. The all-Italian crew completed the 24 Hours of Daytona – alongside the fourth driver Alessio Rovera – claiming the 14th place in the GTD category despite two early contacts.

The Twelve Hours of Sebring this year celebrates 70 editions. Since 1952 Ferrari has secured 12 overall victories – the last one in 1998 – and was steadely a front-runner in the various classes.

It will be the first participation of Lacorte, Sernagiotto and Fuoco, the latter facing a double commitment driving an AF Corse car at the FIA WEC opener 1000 Miles that will be held in the same week.

“Sebring is such an iconic circuit and the Twelve Hours is the race all American fans wait an entire year”, Roberto Lacorte commented. “This race is a real test bench for teams and cars, especially due to the track features, the bumps and the asphalt/cement surface. We are all extremely focused and aim at a good result.”
