Ulysse de Pauw will join RAM Racing’s Intelligent Money British GT Championship line-up for this weekend’s round at Donington Park, sharing the team’s Mercedes-AMG GT3 with John Ferguson following split with Jamie Caroline.
The Belgian driver replaces Jamie Caroline in the squad, who has withdrawn from the remainder of the British GT campaign. Ferguson and de Pauw will continue to compete in British GT’s Silver-Am category.

De Pauw is hopeful of extending his stay with RAM Racing until the end of the season, allowing him to dovetail his European commitments with the remainder of the British GT campaign.
“I’m both really excited and really grateful to be joining RAM Racing for the next British GT round at Donington Park,” said de Pauw. “I know British GT well from watching it during my two years in BRDC British F3. I know it’s a great and competitive championship and I’m really looking forward to being a part of it.
different for the Mercedes-AMG, and I’m expecting it to have a lot of front-end grip, which should actually suit my natural driving style. I’m confident I can get up to speed with it quickly and RAM’s record with these cars speaks for itself.
“I’m looking forward to working with John because it will be my first experience of Pro-Am racing. It should be great racing alongside him, sharing coaching tips and advice, trying to help him improve his own driving while learning a lot of new things myself. Not only does it give me a lot more track time across this year, but it also allows me to experience a new style of racing, and I love a new challenge.”
Caroline and RAM Racing have parted ways after a difference in opinion over how best to move forward with this year’s programme. The team would like to wish Caroline the best of luck with his future racing activities.
