Proving that it’s all about customer satisfaction, BMW Customer Racing Teams Turner Motorsport and Paul Miller Racing qualified the all-new BMW M4 GT3 in the second and fourth GT Daytona class starting positions for tomorrow’s 70th annual 12 Hours of Sebring.

The 15-minute session was interrupted by a red flag leaving drivers only a scant two laps of the 3.74-mile, 17-turn Sebring International Raceway to get it done. Robby Foley, driving the No. 96 Turner Motorsport BMW M4 GT3, got it done the quickest of the BMWs with a lap of 1:59.788 minutes. Foley will co-drive with Michael Dinan and Bill Auberlen. Auberlen will be marking his 500th race for BMW. Only 0.11 seconds behind Foley, Madison Snow’s 1:59.898-minute lap will see the Paul Miller Racing No.1 BMW M4 GT3 start fourth in the team’s debut BMW start. Snow will co-drive with Bryan Sellers and Erik Johansson.

Dan Lubin, BMW NA Motorpsort Manager commented, “Big congratulations to Robby Foley in the Turner Motorsport BMW M4 GT3 and Madison Snow in the Paul Miller Racing M4 GT3 for qualifying on the first and second rows of the GTD class today. We know it has been a long, hard road for both teams to get to this point, but these results show that it was worth it and they will be in a position to fight for a win tomorrow. We appreciate their belief in BMW.”

In yesterday’s two-hour IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge race Gregory Liefooghe and Sean Quinlan drove the No. 43 Stephen Cameron Racing BMW M4 GT4 to a fifth-place finish. The No. 95 Turner Motorsport BMW M4 GT4 of Bill Auberlen and Dillon Machavern finished ninth. The No. 96 Turner Motorsport BMW M4 GT4, co-driven by Vin Barletta and Robby Foley, finished 26th.
