B-Quik Absolute Racing is pleased to announce an all-Australian line up for the #27 Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO 2 for Thailand Super Series 2022 as Daniel Bilski will team up with Philip Massoud and we’re delighted this very well balanced and competitive pairing has come together.

This will be Daniel’s ninth season with the team and along the way a few of his many, many highlights in black and yellow include the Super Car GT3 Drivers’ title in 2020, GT3-Am Title in 2019, winning both the Audi Cup ‘AM’ and ‘Masters’ championships as well being part of the winning crew in the 2016 Sepang 12 Hours. Daniel has proven over and over again he has the strengths, skills and determination to win races, grind out results, and claim outright titles.

Philip, meanwhile, will be starting his third season with the team, and his second full year campaign. A former TA V8 Thailand Champion, he’s a real team player and has hugely impressed with his raw pace and superb race-craft ever since joining the team. Following a pretty steep learning curve since switching up to GT3 level, we expect him to be challenging right at the front this year.

The team is confident that this is a superbly well-rounded driver line up has the pace, ability and experience to chase for the Drivers’ titles from the off and at the same time to pursue the points we need to successfully regain the Teams’ championship.

This year we are upgrading our roster of Audi R8 LMS GT3s to the new 2022 “EVO 2” specification with the upgrade kits due to arrive shortly at our Bangkok raceshop and be fitted ready for the opening round in Bangsaen.

The four round TSS 2022 season will get underway on 29 June-3 July with the Bangsaen Grand Prix, the famous street race returning to the calendar following a two-year hiatus due to the knock-on effects of the Covid 19 pandemic. The remainder of the season will involve back-to-back visits to the FIA Grade 1 Chang International Circuit in Buriram on 25-28 August, 27-30 October and 8-11 December respectively.

B-Quik Absolute Racing will enter four cars in Super Car GT3 for 2022, with further announcements to be made. The team will also enter cars in TSS Super Car GTC and TSS Super Eco as well as in Toyota Gazoo Racing Motorsport, RAAT Endurance Series and the Honda City Hatchback One Make Race.

Daniel Bilski: “I am delighted to confirm I will be joining B-Quik Absolute Racing for Thailand Super Series 2022 in the #27 Audi R8 LMS EVO 2. Fighting for the championship titles is what we are about, so I am delighted to be partnering with fellow Australian driver, Philip Massoud. As a strong Am/Am pair, our goal is simple – Team, Overall, and Am Championship Titles.”

Philip Massoud: I am excited to get back to racing with B-Quik Absolute Racing for 2022 in the Audi R8 GT3 EVO 2. This time in the #27 car with Daniel Bilski, for an all-Australian line-up. It’s going to be a challenging season but with the support of perfectionist B-Quik Absolute Racing, I’m eager to get in and fight for the AM title, Teams’ championship and overall title with my team mate.”
