There is no pause for team Antonelli Motorsport, set for the first of six International GT Open rounds at the Hungaroring track, after celebrating last Sunday a brilliant victory with the Mercedes-AMG GT3 shared by Lorenzo Ferrari and Daniel Zampieri pair at Misano in the Italian GT Sprint Championship opener.

The Italian squad will field a German car in the Kaspersky livery for Alexander Moiseev and Alexey Nesov. Moiseev raced last year for the team led by Marco Antonelli, taking part in the Italian GT Endurance and claiming a better fifth position in the first race at Monza. He makes his return to the GT Open having entered the 2016/2017 editions.

17-year-old Nesov makes his first appearance in a GT event, following a positive season in singleseater in 2019 when he finished third in SMP F4 series.

The two one-hour free practice sessions will kick-off the weekend on Friday. The 30-minute qualifying 1 is scheduled for Saturday at 10.15. Race 1 (70 minutes) will commence at 14.20. Qualifying 2 will start on Sunday at 10.15, followed by the second race at 14.20. Both races will be live streamed at https://www.youtube.com/user/GTOPENseries.
