Ian James in the #50 Panoz Avezzano bought home a win in the Sprint Race 1, but it was the #51 Panoz Avezzano, driven by Am pair Preston Calvert and Mathew Keegan in the Sprint-X Am category, who bought home a second-place in Sprint-X Race 1, followed by a win in Sprint-X Race 2.
Everyone was happy at Cetilar Racing, at the end of the Silverstone race that marked the debut of the all-Italian team in the FIA WEC Championship. A race that Roberto Lacorte, Giorgio Sernagiotto and Andrea Belicchi completed in the best way. After 4 hours, their #47 Dallara powered by AF Corse finished sixth in the LMP2 class, at the edge of the top 10 overall.
