United Autosports are excited to head to the final round of 2021 GT4 European Series after having already won the Teams Championship last time out at the Nürburgring.
The team are fully focused heading to Barcelona, aiming to bring home the win in the Drivers’ Championship for #23 McLaren 570S of Bailey Voisin and Charlie Fagg, who have a 44-point lead against their closest rivals.
After a brilliant redemption round for Gus Bowers and Dean Macdonald in the #32 McLaren, which saw them claim pole position, a race two win and a third-place finish in race one, they head into the final round lying fourth in the Drivers’ Championship, only two points off third place. With two races left of the 2021 season, both Gus and Dean will be hoping to have another successful weekend to round off the season and see United take first and third in the Drivers’ Championship.
United Autosports’ return to GT racing has been a huge success for the team with a total of five wins, four pole positions, two second places, three third places and the Teams’ Championship already secured, with two races still to come in Barcelona.
Live coverage of qualifying and race one on Saturday 9th race two on Sunday 10th will be available to watch on european.gt4series.com and YouTube.

Bailey Voisin
“It was brilliant to wrap up the teams championship at Nürburgring – everyone at United Autosports has worked extremely hard and they thoroughly deserve that result. In regards to the Drivers’ Championship – Charlie and I enter Barcelona with a strong lead but it’s never over until the final chequered flag of the second race. I do feel confident however that we can finish the job in hand and end the season on a high.”
Charlie Fagg

Gus Bowers
“I am incredibly excited for the final round of the championship in Barcelona, hopefully we can end the season on a high at what is a brilliant race track.”
Dean Macdonald
“I am looking forward to our last round at Barcelona. Nürburgring went very well, with us taking our first win of the season and the team taking the Silver Teams Championship. I hope we can continue that momentum on into Barcelona. Our main goal going into the last round is to take third in the Drivers’ Championship with only two points in it and if everything goes to plan, we could fight for second. I am feeling very relaxed about it and will be treating it the same as every other round, where we will just try and collect the best result possible on the day.”
