The dates of 6/7th April are rapidly approaching – just 50 days away in fact – at which time the green flag will be dropped for the FIA WEC official pre-season test, the Prologue.
Returning this year to Circuit Paul Ricard at Le Castellet in the South of France, this test signals the real start of the Super Season as it will be the first time in 2018 that all the competitors will be assembled together on track.
An incredible 30 hours of non-stop testing are available to all the teams and drivers throughout Friday 6th and Saturday 7th April – including night running – in preparation for the first race of the Super Season, the Total 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps in May, and of course the 24 Hours of Le Mans in June.
Entrance to the circuit is completely FREE to fans on Saturday between 08h30 and 18h00 and there will be a pit walk and distribution of goodies to fans when testing concludes at 16h00 on Saturday.
New cars, new stars, new faces…there’s LOTS to see throughout the full grid. Pure motorsport is coming to the South of France!
