Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific secured a podium finish at the 69th running of the Macau Grand Prix, with Alexandre Imperatori taking third in the Macau GT Cup for TORO Racing.
Starting fifth, the Swiss driver had a strong start and immediately gained a place, before progressing into third ahead of a long Safety Car period that spanned most of the shortened eight-lap race. Imperatori showed strong pace all weekend in the #11 Porsche 911 GT3 R, securing a podium in his ninth visit to the Macau GP.
In the Melco Greater Bay Area GT Cup, Jiang Ruxi put in a positive performance for RSR GT Racing, moving forwards in Race 2 to finish fourth in class in the #30 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport. His teammate Xia Yu battled hard to take ninth in class in the #1 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport.
