After a historic victory at the 4 Hours of Shanghai on November 10th, the Swiss Team intends to finish the year on a positive note. Bruno Senna, Gustavo Menezes, Norman Nato and the whole Team have worked hard to prepare this eight-hour race that awaits the REBELLION R-13 car N. 1 on Saturday, December 14th from 03:00 pm (local time).

Let’s support REBELLION Racing from Thursday, December 12th at 02:00 pm (local time) for the free practice 1.

Alexandre Pesci, President and Owner of REBELLION Racing

“We will start the Bahrain round without pressure knowing that we will have a Success Ballast that will disadvantage us seriously against the Toyotas and Ginettas. We still hope to have a good race and why not seize each opportunity.”

Bruno Senna, R-13 N. 1 driver

“I am very excited to participate in the 8 Hours of Bahrain. It will be a big challenge. It is not the track that suites the most to our car but it seems like the EOT and the Success Ballast will allow us to fight for the win. Hopefully we will have a good race. I am looking forward to having a good race and hopefully we can be on the podium and fight for the win.”

Gustavo Menezes, R-13 N. 1 driver

“Very excited to be going to Bahrain after Shanghai. Obviously, nothing better than a victory, I am very curious to see how the Success Ballast will affect our performance. We have to keep positive and trying to continue the performance of the last two race podiums in order to finish the year well.”

Norman Nato, R-13 N. 1 driver

“After a beautiful weekend in Shanghai we are keen to do this one more time. We will give everything to fight with the Toyotas so we can play the win. It will not be easy, it’s an 8-hour race and it will be hot, there will be a lot of tire degradation. We have worked a lot since the previous race to prepare the best that awaits us this weekend. We are ready to attack this meeting to conclude 2019 on a good note.”
