“Servus Fans” is the motto for the second race in the German GT Championship from 11th to 13th June at the Red Bull Ring in Austria. Fans will be able to return to the circuit to enjoy the ADAC GT Masters race in Styria, featuring around 30 super sports cars. A maximum of 3,000 fans will be able to experience the races live in the stands on the second weekend of the season, in accordance with a hygiene and infection control plan put together by the Red Bull Ring and the ADAC GT Masters, which has been approved by the relevant authorities.
The main stand and the “Steiermark” and “Red Bull” stands will be open for spectators at the high-speed festival in the Alps. Fans can reserve their specified seating tickets online under adac.de/motorsport and online advance sales will remain open until 10th June. All spectators will have to adhere to the 3G rules that have been in force in Austria since 19th May: “Geimpft, Getestet, Genesen” (“Vaccinated, Tested, Recovered”). The prerequisites for gaining access to the circuit grounds are a negative antigen test, which may not be more than 48 hours old, or proof of a negative PCR test performed in the preceding 72 hours, proof of recovery from a Covid-19 infection or proof of a Covid vaccination. More information about the infection control plan, the 3G rules and access is available online under adac-motorsport.de/adac-gt-masters/faq-ticketing. Currently, it is still not possible to enter the paddock.
Fans can look forward to some thrilling motor racing at the Red Bull Ring: in addition to the German GT Championship, the ADAC GT Masters, there will also be races in the ADAC GT4 Germany, the ADAC Formula 4, the ADAC TCR Germany and the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany.
