The team will field one of the cars in the fiercely contested Blancpain Endurance Series, which has its season-opener at Monza in Italy one week earlier (April 12-14).
Entering Bentley machines for the fourth-straight season, Team Parker Racing is proud to continue its relationship with the legendary British manufacturer as it celebrates 100 years since W.O. Bentley founded the company in London back in 1919.
As well as the tremendous success of the first-generation Continental GT3, with which Team Parker Racing took the 2017 British GT Championship title with Seb Morris and Rick Parfitt Jnr, the second-generation machine scored a podium at last year’s Paul Ricard 1000kms with factory outfit M-Sport and finished fifth in the overall Blancpain Endurance Series standings.
“We are delighted to continue our close working relationship with Bentley,” said Stuart Parker, Team Manager of Team Parker Racing. “The previous generation Continental GT3 was a proven winner and we have fantastic memories of taking the British GT title with Seb Morris and Rick Parfitt Jnr in 2017. We’re all over the moon to be a part of Bentley’s 100th anniversary year and are looking forward to securing podiums and race wins with the car.”
The team will make announcements about its Blancpain Endurance Championship line ups in due course.
