GIULIANO ALESI WINS IN BUDAPEST
Giuliano Alesi took his second GP3 win of the season in this morning’s race at the Hungaroring, the second of this the fourth round of the championship. The 17 year old Frenchman started from third on the grid, managing to take the lead under braking for the first corner. Alesi then led the 18 laps which was twice interrupted by the Virtual Safety Car, managing the race to the flag with an error-free performance. This win comes just two weeks after his maiden victory in the category at Silverstone and it sees the Ferrari Driver Academy student move up to fifth place in the championship standings.
