PRACTICE: Gilliland Sets Fast Pace

Todd Gilliland was fastest in practice for Monday’s Visit Hampton Virginia 150 at Larry King Law’s Langley Speedway.

Gilliland, who is chasing his fourth K&N Pro Series East victory of 2017, recorded a fast lap of 16.564.  His main championship rival, Harrison Burton, was third fastest with a 16.699 second lap.

Dillon Bassett was second fastest with a 16.648 second lap, followed by Burton, Ruben Garcia, Jr. (16.745 sec) and Ronnie Bassett, Jr. (16.757).

Justin Carroll was sixth quickest while Chase Purdy, Chase Cabre, Jay Beasley and Collin Cabre rounded out the top-10.

Qualifying for Monday’s Visit Hampton Virginia 150 will commence at 4pm.
