1000Bulbs.com will return to sponsor Front Row Motorsports and David Ragan in four events in 2018.
STATESVILLE, N.C. – Online lighting retailer 1000Bulbs.com will return to Front Row Motorsports as the primary sponsor of David Ragan in four Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series events.
The Garland, Texas-based company agreed to the multi-race deal after Front Row Motorsports introduced the company to the NASCAR landscape in November, when 1000Bulbs.com sponsored Ragan’s team at ISM Raceway in Avondale, Ariz.
1000Bulbs.com will join the No. 38 team and Ragan for races at Auto Club Speedway (March), Texas Motor Speedway (April), Dover Int’l Speedway (October) and Homestead-Miami Speedway (November).
The Internet-based lighting retailer offers LED bulbs, commercial fixtures, Christmas lights, lighting controls and other lighting products.
“Kim (Pedersen) and his staff are smart business people, and they know a good opportunity when they see one,” Ragan said. “I’m thrilled that they saw the value of our sport, and working with Front Row Motorsports in particular, when they partnered with us for a race last fall in Phoenix and decided to get more involved this year.”
“We’re excited to continue our journey in NASCAR during 2018,” said Kim Pedersen, CEO and founder of 1000Bulbs.com. “We couldn’t ask for a better partner in Front Row Motorsports, or a better brand ambassador than David Ragan.”
Front Row Motorsports has also named Seth Barbour as crew chief of the No. 38 Ford driven by Ragan this year. He previously served in the same role on Front Row’s No. 34 Ford last year.
