Molly Helmuth is a very inspiring young lady. After hanging out at the track as a young girl, Molly quickly discovered that she had a passion for racing. At eleven years old, she started competing in karting. Eventually, she moved into stock car racing. Currently, Molly competes in the Super Late model stock car racing series. As a talented driver who is also very focused on giving back, she wishes to inspire young drivers to get involved and set an example on and off the track. RNW Chief Editor, Charles Côté, recently talked with Molly about her journey and what the future might have in store for her.

Drivex kicked off the 2018 season in the International GT Open in style as the team went on to win the second race of the season-opener at the Circuito de Estoril. Marcelo Hahn and Allam Khodair set the pace on Portuguese soil from the very beginning. Their teammates Jamie Campbell-Walter and Ferdinand Habsburg, the latter making his debut in GT racing, were competitive throughout the weekend despite they couldn’t experience the sweet smell of success this time.

For this reason, the team was present at Le Castellet for the last ten days, first of all to meet all the WEC competitors during the Prologue and then for the ELMS season launch test. During four full days of hard testing, François Perrodo, Loïc Duval and Matthieu Vaxivière worked on the car’s setting and the team was ready to start their 2018 race season.
