BMW Motorsport continued its development of the new BMW iFE.18 with a test at Calafat (ESP) this week. The car is equipped with a drivetrain developed solely by BMW and will compete in the ABB FIA Formula E Championship in Season 5 when BMW joins the first series for fully-electric racing cars as an official manufacturer.

The Total 24 Hours of Spa will celebrate its 70th edition this year, with at least 11 different manufacturers aiming to conquer the Belgian endurance classic. While the race itself takes place on 28-29 July, preparations will begin this weekend with the opening Blancpain GT Series Endurance Cup round at Monza.
SEVEN FERRARIS SEEK TO CONQUER THE BLANCPAIN GT ENDURANCE CUP AT MONZA
The Blancpain Endurance Cup kicks off at Monza this weekend. Points from the long race championship are added to the Blancpain Sprint Cup to produce the overall winner of the Blancpain GT series. Prizes are also awarded to the winners of the individual rankings. Each Cup is divided into Pro, Pro-Am and Am classes. Fifty-four cars will line up for the 180-minute race at the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, representing 12 manufacturers, among which Ferrari is prominent with seven 488 GT3s.

The Motor Legend Festival kicks off on Friday at the Enzo e Dino Ferrari circuit in Imola. The festival aims to offer full immersion in the world of two and four-wheeled sports competitions, celebrating the champions of yesterday and today through some of the most iconic vehicles in the history of motorsport. The event programme will be enriched by F1 Clienti and XX Programmes, two of Ferrari Corse Clienti’s most exclusive activities.
