PORSCHE MOTORSPORT CONTINUES ITS FORMULA E PREPARATIONS IN SPAIN

Regular driver Neel Jani (Switzerland) and test and development driver Brendon Hartley (New Zealand) have spent the past three days completing an extensive test programme at Calafat (Spain), during which they covered a total distance of more than 1,000 kilometres with the Formula E car. More intensive tests are scheduled over the coming months for the Porsche Motorsport engineers and Formula E drivers. The goal is to be as well prepared as possible for the first race in Season 6 (2019/20) of the ABB FIA Formula E Championship.

Faust Salom will make his debut in GT racing as the Spanish ace joins Teo Martín Motorsport to drive one of their McLaren 570S cars in the GT Cup Open, which is an all-new championship taking place in 2019, at some of the top-tier circuits across Europe. PORSCHE GB JUNIOR HARPER TAKES EARLY CARRERA CUP GB LEAD INTO DONINGTON PARK

The 17th season of the Porsche Carrera Cup GB, the fastest single marque GT racing championship in the UK, got off to a flying start during its opening weekend at Brands Hatch. 18-year-old Porsche GB 2018 / 2019 Junior Dan Harper (JTR) established himself as the driver to beat in 2019, securing a commanding pole position for the season’s opening race in changeable conditions, before converting into into a lights to flag victory in similarly tricky conditions. ASTON MARTIN ANNOUNCES ALL-STAR N24 LINE-UP

Aston Martin will contest the 2019 ADAC Zurich 24-Hour race staged on the world famous Nürburgring Nordschleife (22-23 June) with a pair of Vantage GT4 machines run by the AMR Performance Centre and an all-star driver line-up that includes three-time Le Mans class winner Darren Turner, BBC Top Gear presenter Chris Harris and new works junior driver Jamie Chadwick.

24H SERIES EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP CONTINUES WITH 12H SPA

Following the successful start in Tuscany, the 24H SERIES European Championship season continues in the Belgian Ardennes. The world-famous Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps will be hosting the second round, the Hankook 12H SPA (19-20 April). The 24H TCE SERIES and the 24H GT SERIES, both powered by Hankook, will be in action. Separate starting groups for the GTs and touring cars will be in place, adding up to a total of almost 50 cars in the field.
