1AIM Villorba Corse gets back on track in Austria for the second round of the European Le Mans Series. Entered in the LMP3 class, the Italian team is ready to compete in the 4 Hours of Red Bull Ring, which will take place on May 14-16 on the 4.218km track nestled in the foothills of the Styrian Alps. The squad led by Raimondo Amadio confirms their Ligier JS P320 powered by Nissan for the crew formed by Alessandro Bressan, Damiano Fioravanti and Andreas Laskaratos. The team clinched a promising fourth place in last month’s opening race in Barcelona, very close to a podium finish.

The anticipation is rising: this weekend (14th to 16th May), the ADAC GT Masters kicks off the 2021 season at Motorsport Arena Oschersleben. The opening weekend of the German GT Championship throws up many fascinating facts, figures and statistics.

AKM Motorsport by Antonelli starts its International GT Open campaign at Le Castellet this coming weekend, 14/16 May. The San Marino-based squad, in its third year with the Mercedes, will line-up two AMG GT3 cars.

After a long break, the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship is back, with Paul Miller Racing taking on the first round of the Sprint Cup Championship at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.

Following a double top-ten at the season opener in Barcelona, Nielsen Racing is back in action this coming weekend at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, Austria. Set amid the Styrian mountains, this short 4.318km circuit is always a favourite for the teams.

Whelen Engineering drivers Pipo Derani (Brazil) and Felipe Nasr (Brazil) are excited to get back into the No. 31 Cadillac DPi-V.R after nearly two months since the last race at Sebring. Heading into this weekend’s IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship Acura Sports Car Challenge presented by TLX Type S at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, the Action Express crew looks to give Derani and Nasr “the car” they need to get the team’s first win of the 2021 season.

RLR MSport is looking forward to taking its winning form forward into the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) 4 Hours of the Red Bull Ring (15-16 May), following an encouraging and productive day of testing at the Austrian circuit.

Hockenheimring will play host this weekend (14-15 May) as the Fanatec GT2 European Series roars back into action in Baden-Württemberg. High-power performance models from the likes of Audi, KTM, Lamborghini and Porsche stand ready to battle it out around the 4.5km German circuit after a successful debut for the new category at Monza last month.

The IMSA WeatherTech Championship is coming off of a two-month hiatus for the year’s first sprint race at Mid-Ohio Sportscar Course. Mid-Ohio is known for its rolling terrain and signature Carousel and Keyhole turns as well as the key passing zone into Turn 4. The 2.4-mile, 15-turn track is a driver favorite and usually makes for great multi-class racing.

CarBahn with Peregrine Racing is primed for its debut weekend in the IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship with the No. 39 Audi R8 GT3 LMS.

Nantwich sportsman Jordan Witt travels to the Hockenheimring in Germany this week ready for races three and four of the inaugural Fanatec GT2 European Series – the endurance driver’s first ever visit to the renowned Rhine Valley track.

The 2021 season of the ADAC GT Masters gets underway this weekend (14th to 16th May) at Motorsport Arena Oschersleben, where it lines up for the first time as the International German GT Championship. A field of roughly 30 super sports cars promises to produce some thrilling racing at the challenging circuit near Magdeburg.

While the DPi, LMP3, and GTD classes of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship head to Mid-Ohio SportsCar Course for the third race of the 2021 season, LMP2 team Era Motorsport will spend their “off” weekend in Spielberg, Austria for the next round of the European Le Mans Series, the 4 Hours of Red Bull Ring. 

Meyer Shank Racing (MSR) heads to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course with the hometown advantage for Sunday’s the Acura Sports Car Challenge Presented by the TLX Type S.

The BMW teams completed the final endurance test ahead of the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring (GER) this weekend, the six-hour qualifying race. ROWE Racing, Schubert Motorsport, Walkenhorst Motorsport and the BMW Junior Team were in action with their BMW M6 GT3s, as were countless other BMW teams in the various classes. The dress rehearsal for the Eifel classic took place in glorious weather, and the teams used the weekend to make preparations in race conditions. The 49th running of the 24-hour race on the Nordschleife will be held on 5th/6th June.

Daniel Harper is confident that the BMW Junior Team can be challenging for a front-running result in the ADAC TOTAL 24 Hours of Nürburgring next month after battling for the top ten once again during the event’s qualifying race this past weekend (08/09 May).

United Autosports return to the Red Bull Ring in Austria this weekend as they prepare for round two of the European Le Mans Series. 

Maro Engel and Luca Stolz launched their bid for the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS Sprint Cup title this afternoon by triumphing in the weekend’s second 60-minute race at Magny-Cours. 

McLaren Factory Driver, Ollie Wilkinson and JOTA team-mate Ben Barnicoat came one step away from scoring their first Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS Sprint Cup podium, finishing fourth on their series debut at Magny-Cours today.
