REGISTRATION NOW OPEN FOR ROK CUP USA FLORIDA CHAMPIONSHIP

“The series releases package pricing for ROK Cup Florida, opens new Junior Shifter ROK class”

ROK Cup Promotions has officially opened registration for the upcoming ROK Cup USA Florida Championship, with the first round taking place March 4-6, 2016 at the Palm Beach Karting track in Jupiter, Florida. Packages both with and without engines will be available in addition to the standard single race entry. The series has also opened up a new competitive class: the Junior Shifter ROK class. The new class is open to drivers ages 12-15 that will compete on a restricted version of the VORTEX Shifter ROK engine package.

ROK Cup will again offer race package options at a discounted rate from the standard single race entry price: $1799 for Micro / Mini ROK, $1899 for Junior / Senior / Master ROK, and $2099 for Shifter ROK classes. The race package includes entry for all four rounds of the Florida Championship, pit passes for driver and mechanic, official race tires, transponder rental, and an official ROK Cup USA driver shirt. There is also an engine-inclusive race package available, allowing those drivers who don’t currently own a VORTEX engine to purchase one along with their registration. Single race entry is also available online for Round 1, with pricing set at $520 for Micro / Mini ROK, $550 for Junior / Senior / Master ROK, and $620 for Shifter ROK classes.

Drivers who participate in the ROK Cup USA Florida Championship will not only compete for the title of Regional Champion, but also have the chance to earn a spot at the 2016 ROK Cup International Final.
The regional champions from each class (except Micro ROK) will receive a prize package that includes entry, kart package, and pit space for the event, which takes place in October at the South Garda track in Italy.

These prices for the Florida race packages as well as single race entry for Round 1 of the Florida Championship will remain in effect until Wednesday, March 2nd.
