The Ocala Gran Prix Boat Day is back again in 2018. The annual event, that is quickly becoming tradition during the winter karting season, is set to take place this coming Monday at the Hurricane Dockside Grill in Tavares, Florida.
“I love Boat Day,” expressed Jorge Arellano, Owner of Ocala Gran Prix. “The annual event allows all the karting teams, drivers, tuners and parents to get together for a day of fun on the water. With this year’s event taking place at Hurricane Dockside Grill, food and drinks will be available as well as high speed boat rides.”
With three straight weeks of competition set to commence at the Ocala Gran Prix, Arellano will continue his hospitable ways as he welcomes teams and competitors to his facility.
Arellano added, “With the Local Series event this weekend followed by the Superkarts! USA Winter Series Finale and the Florida Winter Tour, it is a lot of work for my staff and all the teams and drivers in attendance. Monday will provide an opportunity to relax, kick back and enjoy a non-track day.”
