In an all-female Top Fuel showdown at the British venue, reigning FIA European Top Fuel champion Callin (above), from Sweden, defeated Switzerland’s 2024 title winner Jndia Erbacher.
Returning to the sport at Santa Pod’s The Main Event after a six-year break, Timo Habermann topped a dramatic contest for Top Methanol honours, while there was success in Pro Modified for Andres Arnover, who bounced back from a difficult qualifying to win over Andy Robinson.
In Pro Stock there was a major upset when Stefan Ernryd defeated number one qualifier and multiple champion Jimmy Ålund.

Top Fuel: Callin beats Erbacher in 2025 final rematch
In a rematch of the 2025 FIA European Top Fuel season finale, Susanne Callin took 3.98s to complete her winning charge as Jndia Erbacher (above), who progressed to the final via a bye run due to traction issues in her semi-final, crossed the finish line in 4.81s. Meanwhile, Callin’s route to the final had been eased when Top Fuel rookie Colin Millar was forced to shut off his engine at the start line, leaving Callin unchallenged in a time of 4.06s.

Pro Modified: Arnover triumphs after Rantaniemi upset
The Pro Modified quarter-finals were filled with drama for the three Dutch drivers, Marck Harteveld, Michel Tooren and David Vegter, first, second and fourth from qualifying. Harteveld pulled a red light after he was unable to hold his Superbird on the line, handing the win to Jon Webster. Tooren was a non-starter due to engine damage in the first round, leaving Andres Arnover (above) to triumph, while Vegter suffered tyreshake halfway through, handing victory to Andy Robinson. Jere Rantaniemi made it to the semi-finals at the expense of Stian Rusånes, but Arnover beat reigning European champion Rantaniemi in his semi-final with Robinson defeating Webster. Robinson’s hopes in the final ended when he pulled a red light. But there were no such problems for Arnover who recorded 5.94s.

Top Methanol: Triple champion Habermann returns in style
There was drama from the outset in Top Methanol as the 2025 championship top two, Sandro Bellio and Jonny Lagg, were out in the eliminations following mechanical problems, while issues for Silvio Stauch aided Tina Høst Nedregård’s route to the semi-finals. Tony Bryntesson also progressed at the expense of Isak Lagg. Bryntesson then had a bye run into the final but had to stop his dragster after the burn out due to a fuel leak. It meant that the winner of the second semi-final between Høst Nedregård and three-time champion Timo Habermann (above) would also take the event win. Habermann’s better reaction time helped him to glory in 5.39s compared to Høst Nedregård’s 5.95s.

Pro Stock: Ernryd’s dream comes true after rivals hit trouble
Pro Stock also produced plenty of drama with reigning champion Robin Norén hit by mechanical problems and number three qualifier, Simon Ekengren, suffering tyreshake, leaving Michael Malmgren and Stefan Ernryd (above) to progress to the semi-finals. Number one qualifier Jimmy Ålund had a bye run into the final after he got the better of Henry Riehl in the first round. In the other semi-final, Ernryd defeated Malmgren. And it would get even better for Ernryd, who won the final after a mechanical problem for Ålund on the startline.
