Full details regarding the new Audi Sport Asia Trophy can now be announced with the release of the full regulations for the season-long contest. Audi privateers contesting Asia’s leading championships and iconic stand-alone races will earn points towards the new Audi Sport Asia Trophy. Drivers of all Audi Sport customer racing machinery will compete for the first-ever trophy of its type in the region, with the best performers receiving cash prizes and the top three Audi R8 LMS GT3 drivers also earning a fully-supported seat in the 2021 Suzuka 10 Hours.

After a flawless team effort at the 2020 Bathurst 12 Hour, Mercedes-AMG Team Craft-Bamboo BLACK FALCON completes another successful but challenging weekend at the Australian endurance classic. BATHURST 12 HOUR QUALIFYING MARKED BY HIGHS AND LOWS FOR R-MOTORSPORT

R-Motorsport’s qualifying at Bathurst was a roller-coaster of disappointment tinged with optimism. While Jake Dennis, Scott Dixon and Rick Kelly made it through into the pole shootout for the top ten starting positions, their team-mates’ race weekend ended prematurely. 25-year-old Marvin Kirchhöfer was involved in an accident in Q2 which badly damaged the team’s #62 Aston Martin Vantage GT3. He was uninjured but could not continue, and Luca Ghiotto and Olli Caldwell were left on the sidelines because of the damage.
