CHAMPIONSHIP WINNING WEEKEND FOR B-QUIK RACING IN BURIRAM

B-Quik Racing signed off Thailand Super Series (“TSS”) 2018 in real style with a superb weekend in Buriram that netted us two championship titles, race wins and podiums. We achieved all our objectives for the weekend – and on top of that there was plenty more icing on the cake. All our drivers performed superbly and the majority of them took a deserved trip to the podium.

TRIO OF ASTON MARTIN VANTAGE GT3s SET TO TAKE ON ABU DHABI 12 HOURS

Three of Aston Martin Racing’s most valued partner teams will have the opportunity to race the new Aston Martin Vantage GT3 for the first time when they participate in the Gulf 12 Hours event at the Yas Marina Circuit, in Abu Dhabi, on December 15.

Oman Racing and Ahmad Al Harthy have confirmed a return to the end-of-year Gulf 12 Hours at Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi in December, where the successful endurance racing squad will – for the first time – compete with the very latest version of the new Aston Martin Vantage GT3.

GT Open: happy ending for Lamborghini in Barcelona

Two victories and two titles. International GT Open season successfully completed for Lamborghini: Andrea Rizzoli and Damiano Fioravanti took the first GT Open victory of the year for the #12 Ombra Racing Lamborghini at the end of race 1; #25 Imperiale Racing duo, Riccardo Agostini and Rik Breukers, grabbed race 2 win. The second win of the weekend for Lamborghini also sanctioned the success of Imperiale Racing in the Teams’ standings.

AUDI TAKE WIN AND IGTC MANUFACTURERS’ TITLE, MERCEDES-AMG DRIVER TRISTAN VAUTIER NEW DRIVERS’ CHAMPION

The second edition of the California 8 Hours proved to be an exciting end to the 2018 Intercontinental GT Challenge. Only in the final minutes of the race on the Laguna Seca Raceway were the drivers’, manufacturers’ and Bronze drivers’ titles decided. In the end Audi claimed a third consecutive manufacturers’ crown, while third was enough to let Tristan Vautier become the new drivers’ champion. Although he did not have the easiest of races, Kenny Habul became the inaugural Bronze Drivers’ champion.

TF Sport returns to GT4 with new Aston Martin Vantage and Toth-Jones

The announcement sees TF Sport extend its British GT commitment to the same class as where it all began back in 2014 when Devon Modell and Andrew Jarman finished runners-up at the end of the team’s debut season. It also comes less than two weeks after Tom Ferrier’s outfit renewed its commitment to the senior class with the new-shape Vantage GT3.
