Dante won the first round of the KZ2 Autumn Trophy in Lonato. Mosca also on the podium. Victory to Bombardelli in Prodriver Under. La Gala KZ2 vice champion in the National ACI Karting Trophy.
Maranello Kart’s drivers put in a great run in the opener of the Autumn Trophy held at the circuit South Garda Karting of Lonato, where the colors of the Italian outfit earned once again the top step of the podium.
A total of 36 drivers have been competing in KZ2 and Massimo Dante, on Maranello-Tm, managed to get the victory in the first of the two rounds of the 25th Autumn Trophy, keeping all his strong rivals behind at the end of a tight final. Started from the fifth spot of the grid due to a hiccup in one heat, Dante managed to come back in the final and to get the lead towards the end of the race taking the victory.
In KZ2 Tommaso Mosca also put in a bold performance. He posted the quickest time in qualifying and then ended the Final on the podium with a very good P3.
Maranello Kart’s success in the Autumn Trophy was rounded up with the victory inProdriver Under by Luca Bombardelli, on Maranello-Tm, who led the race from lights to flag.
The final round of the 25th Autumn Trophy in Lonato is scheduled for the weekend of 3 – 4 October.
Maranello Kart’s flag has been waved high also in the recent final round of the National ACI Karting KZ2 Trophy held in Ugento (Lecce). A great result was obtained byAlberto la Gala, on Maranello-Tm, who was among the main protagonists of the event pulling a victory in one heat and a second place in the two finals.
Thanks to the results scored in the previous races of Battipaglia and Castelletto, and to the expert lead of his team manager Maurizio Quaranta, La Gala ended the championship in second place.
