Shane van Gisbergen has added to his tally of Australian GT endurance championship victories with his maiden win in a Lamborghini Huracan alongside fellow former endurance race winner Liam Talbot, the pair emerging from the three-hour race around The Bend Motorsport Park with a win over points leaders Geoff Emery and Garth Tander, and former endurance champions Peter Hackett and Dom Storey.

After the first race of the Formula E double-header finale in New York (USA), Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler is right in the fight to win both titles. Audi driver Lucas di Grassi is one of four drivers who could clinch the title in the last race on Sunday (start at 4pm local time/10pm CEST). In the teams’ classification, Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler has reduced the gap to DS Techeetah to 24 points.

Bonaldi Motorsport pairing Danny Kroes and Sergei Afanasiev delivered a near-perfect performance to claim their first Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe race win of the season in the opening encounter at Zandvoort.

The Ferrari 488 GT3s of AF Corse and HB Racing ended the first race of the Blancpain GT World Challenge Europe with a second place in the Pro-Am class and victory in the Am class.

Raffaele Marciello and Vincent Abril produced a faultless showing at Zandvoort to secure their first victory as a duo and kick-start an assault on the Blancpain GT World Challenge Europe title.

The #1 Phoenix Racing Audi R8 LMS GT4 took victory in the opening race at Zandvoort, the ninth race of the 2019 GT4 European Series season. After 31 laps round the Dutch circuit, Nicolaj Møller-Madsen and Cédric Freiburghaus claimed their first victory of the season. Marius Zug and Gabriele Piana were victorious in the Pro-Am class, while Alessandro Giovanelli and Bob Herber took the win in the Am class.

This weekend’s double-header event in New York (USA) marks the end of the fifth season of Formula E. Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler still has chances to claim both titles. With temperatures of over 30 degrees Celsius and high humidity, the drivers expect a tough season finale.

The Blancpain GT World Challenge Europe is back on track over the weekend with the stars of the sprint series competing in the sixth round after the Italian stage at Misano where the Ferraris did very well. The GT3s will be at Zandvoort in Holland, which from next season will be part of the Formula 1 calendar 34 years after the last race, held in 1985.

Generation AMR SuperRacing will field a brand-new Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT4 for Matthew George and James Holder in the GT4 South European Series Rounds 5 and 6 at the Circuit de Barcelona – Catalunya, Spain.

Before the finale of the current season, Audi sets the course for its future in Formula E: Daniel Abt will continue competing in the fully electric racing series together with Lucas di Grassi for the Audi Sport ABT Schaeffler team in the coming season. They are the only pairing to have existed since the series was launched in 2014.

This weekend will see Australian GT return to The Bend Motorsport Park for the second round of the CAMS Australian Endurance Championship where the battle for the first title of the season will heat up thanks to some exciting additions to the field.

Teenager Tom Gamble is set for another first in the Blancpain GT World Challenge Europe this weekend (July 12-14) as he makes his debut at Zandvoort in the Netherlands.

In total no fewer than 31 will be on the grid at the popular Dutch circuit with its fast, sweeping corners. The race weekend at the North Sea coast is the fifth of the six race meetings on the 2019 GT4 European Series calendar.
