Nicholas Latifi claimed his first and DAMS’ fourth victory of the 2018 FIA Formula 2 season, with Alexander Albon adding another podium to his tally at Spa-Francorchamps, Belgium.
DAMS closed out the 2017 FIA Formula 2 Championship with their 19th podium of the season, in what was a mixed finale for the French team at the Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi.
Oliver Rowland and Antonio Fuoco have been disqualified from this evening’s feature race at the Yas Marina Circuit following the race stewards’ review of reports from the Technical Delegate regarding anomalies found during post-race scrutineering.
A collision for the lead on the last lap elevated the 22-year-old to P4, with a post-race time penalty for one of his rivals subsequently promoting Nicholas to P3.

Canadian driver Nicholas Latifi stormed to second in the Feature Race, with Briton Oliver Rowland flying to third in the Sprint Race, as the Renault Sport F1 Development Drivers took the DAMS team’s podium tally to nine for the season.
