K-PAX Racing is set for the opening round of the Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS season, taking place at Autodromo Nazionale Monza in Italy this weekend (April 22/23).
Popular motorsport outfit K-PAX Racing is closing in on the start of its 2023 season, as the team finalises testing and preparations for its Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS campaign.
Emotions peaked during the 2021 Fanatec GT World Challenge America Powered by AWS Championship at Sebring International Raceway, where K-PAX Racing officially reached the top after a continuous uphill battle – a totally restructured program that welcomed new cars, drivers and dynamics. The team, as well as those from Lamborghini Squadra Corse, scaled the fence to watch its Huracán GT3 EVO cross the finish line – securing titles across the board in the penultimate rounds of the series season.
K-PAX Racing enjoyed four podiums in last season’s stop at Road America, which ultimately helped secure its 2021 Fanatec GT World Challenge America Powered by AWS title. The team, again, put both its Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVOs on the podium with the chance of defending its crown inching closer within reach. The K-PAX Racing cars swapped second and third place in Rounds 9 & 10 of this year’s championship.
K-PAX Racing is back up to speed in Fanatec GT World Challenge America Powered by AWS, and it was welcomed by the challenging, fast-action Road America circuit. While the team has a firm grasp on the championship trophies still up for grabs, its fight against the field grows more intense into the second half of the season. Amidst the fierce competition and mixed weather, the team scored a dual podium in the ninth round.
K-PAX Racing showed both its strength and willpower, as both were tested during the 74th edition of the TotalEnergies 24 Hours of Spa. Withstanding all the challenges presented and on GT3 racing’s biggest stage worldwide, the team completed the full 24-hour duration to an 11th place finish.
K-PAX Racing has long been the team to beat for many GT3 teams in the Fanatec GT World Challenge America Powered by AWS paddock – 11 straight races from the team’s September sweep at Watkins Glen International last season. The win streak put a target on the team, and while it has enjoyed the taste of champagne and victory at the top of the podium each event since that initial sweep, K-PAX Racing was faced with a more challenging stop at “The Glen” for Rounds 7 & 8 of the 2022 championship.
Rounds 5 and 6 of the Fanatec GT World Challenge America Powered by AWS took place at VIRginia International Raceway, known to the racing community as “Heaven on Earth”, which translated to “fairytale” in describing the way the weekend ended up going for K-PAX Racing.
After a week of testing in extreme heat at VIRginia International Raceway, the weather turned friendly for Saturday’s Round 5 of Fanatec GT World Challenge America Powered by AWS. The beautiful day was capped off with victory from the pole for Andrea Caldarelli & Michele Beretta, who share the No. 1 K-PAX Racing Lamborghini Huracán […]
Mother Nature may have teased its presence, but K-PAX Racing made its known Sunday during the Fanatec GT World Challenge America Powered by AWS event finale at NOLA Motorsports Park. The team’s two Lamborghini Huracán GT3 EVOs charged through sporadic sprinkling and the field, making it four podiums for the weekend – and a sweep of the third and fourth rounds of the 2022 championship.
Amidst the plethora of changes leading into the third and fourth rounds of the Fantatec GT World Challenge America Powered by AWS Championship, K-PAX Racing remained undeterred in its goal of defending the title. The team was a quick study in its few days and limited track time at NOLA Motorsports Park, and under challenging […]

K-PAX Racing, entering its 15th season of operation, announced Monday an exciting extension of its legacy by transitioning to Lamborghini Squadra Corse for the 2021 season. The team will enter a two-car effort in the premiere Pro category of GT World Challenge America Powered by AWS, retracing its strong heritage back into the United States as the focal point for the season.
The 2020 race season is nearing a close for K-PAX Racing, but the team’s final stop November 13-15 at Circuit Paul Ricard (Fra.) – coincidentally its first look at overseas competition within GT World Challenge Powered by AWS Endurance Cup – does not come without milestones. While the team had one previous experience in overseas endurance racing, this season marked the team’s first full campaign, which included an abbreviated season of four rounds in its series’ debut.
