Once again this year, Scuderia Toro Rosso and its Official HR Partner, Gi Group, are running Formula Future, the innovative education project which opens the doors of the Faenza technology factory to talented youngsters with a passion for motorsport. Those chosen will be able to work alongside highly qualified professionals and grow professionally and personally, on a course that combines theory and practice with a Blended Learning approach.
Taking part in Formula Future means being part of a stimulating, innovative and competitive environment, which is continuously evolving, it means being part of a Formula 1 Team! The programme is open to those who have just finished High School, graduates and those about to graduate from University. Participants will be chosen based on their academic record and their personal attitude and will get to tackle different roles within the main important areas of the company.
